Rail Budget 2013: Fare has been hiked through the back door, says Mayawati

 New Delhi: Within minutes of Railway Minister presenting the Rail Budget 2013, there were bouquets and brickbats for him. Most leaders from the Congress praised the budget and the minister. The opposition and even some of the allies were not so kind.
